Karen Francis-McWhite, JD, CDP is the Founder of Four Strands Community Partners LLC, and has over 20 years experience as an equity and inclusion educator, facilitator, and contractor. Karen uses an equity growth model approach to help individuals, organizations, and communities develop grace, skills, and discipline for their learning and healing DEIB journey. 

Based in rural North Central Washington, Four Strands Community Partners has worked with regional and local nonprofits and anchor institutions on their DEIB planning and implementation needs. Offering services both in-person and virtually, Four Strands Community Partners can work with clients anywhere.
